Newborn Photography

I have had the privilege and
pleasure of photographing
these and other babies in
order to record their all their
tiny glory with Newborn
Photography.
"They grow so fast" is a cliché
but it is also so very true.
~
One of the best times to
photograph your baby in
within the first 2-3 weeks
because:
a) in the first 2-3 weeks they
are still very sleepy which
helps during the photography
session,
b) they are also very small
and still curl up very easily
which makes for some
wonderful photos
c) You may want some nice
photos of your baby before
the 1 month mark,
at which time baby acne
and hair loss quite commonly
occurs.

Another great time to do
photos is at about 2 months
when your baby can hold his
or her head up and can smile
a genuine smile but is still very
small.
~
It is also wonderful to have
photos when he or she learns
to sit or takes his or her first
steps.

Your Newborn Photography
session may last several hours.
Of course, the session revolves
around the baby's needs
(feeding, changing, sleeping)
which is why it can take so
long.
